HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO ATTEND THERAPY?
There is no magic number when it comes to session amount/frequency- it is whatever works for you, your schedule (and your budget!).
The bottom line is - you will get out of therapy what you put into it, so it's important to think about a frequency that feels right for you, and makes it worth your while. Some people like to attend therapy on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to maintain consistency and develop a therapeutic relationship with their counsellor - others may attend sessions on an as-needed basis.
