A LITTLE ABOUT ME...
I was lucky enough to be raised in beautiful British Columbia's Gulf Islands. Growing up in community surrounded by nature instilled in me the importance of both relational connection, and connection to nature as tools for healing. I have taken the lessons of these gifts into my own healing process, as well as my therapeutic practices.
When I'm not working, you can find me enjoying time with my family, friends, and four-legged buddy, Peanut. I enjoy adventuring outside, perusing thrift stores, traveling, attempting new recipes & writing.
I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) currently in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I hold a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. I am grateful to have walked alongside clients for almost a decade, and within non-profit, private and educational settings. I'm passionate about exploring the mind/body connection, and providing safe, genuine and empathetic therapy for adult individuals & couples who reside in beautiful British Columbia.
