This can come in the form of couples counselling. Couples counselling allows the opportunity for you and your partner to unpack your current struggles and bring a voice to your unmet needs - all with a qualified therapist.
Couples counselling allows a chance for each partner to have an opportunity to share their story and work with the therapist to begin to identify how their behaviours and communication may be impacting and contributing to current negative patterns/cycles. Couples counselling also allows opportunity to practice new skills and awareness with your partner, and begin to engage in healthier, more beneficial cycles together.
